Stu Mittleman – Long Distance Runner

Stu Mittleman is a world record-setting endurance athlete (winner of the US National 100-Mile Run Championship, World Record Holder in the 1,000 Mile-Run), sought-after fitness coach, corporate spokesperson, and motivational speaker with degrees in Sociology, Sports Psychology, and Exercise Physiology.
